Jithin Krishna is an Executive - Talent Acquisition at TATA Elxsi, where he is responsible for hiring Embedded / C++ / HMI / BSP / DSP Talents. Jithin's experience in recruitment spans over 2.77 years, during which he has handled the end-to-end recruitment process, organized scheduled walk-ins and daily interviews for specific BU requirements, coordinated with technical panel and HR panel members in the selection process, and kept track of the entire recruitment activities. He has also released offers and followed up with offered resources to ensure they join the organization, and made arrangements for the smooth induction of newly joining resources. Jithin has a Master of Business Administration degree in HR & Finance from DCSMAT Institutions, Kerala, India, which he completed in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from the University of Kerala, which he completed in 2018. When Jithin is not working, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, watching sunsets, listening to old songs, and watching Netflix shows.
